Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. To request a return or exchange, Please contact: service@holycome.com

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item
Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit.
Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes or pouches or gifts with purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges. If an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.
Please take extra care when packing fragile products to ensure they will not be damaged in transit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. Each order gets processed into our factory automatically and begins producing your orders immediately. For that reason, order cancelations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us by email with the subject "Cancellation Request".

ADDRESS CHANGES
For security purposes address changes cannot be made to orders once they have been placed. If there was an error on your address entry, please email us with the subject line “Address Changes."

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

STEP 1: To request a return or exchange, Please contact: service@holycome.com
STEP 2: Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box to avoid further damage. *Sending in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return.
STEP 3: Ship the item to the address on your RA Form via an insured mail service, such as FedEx or UPS.

If we do not receive your return package as described above we reserve the right to refuse your return. Holycome is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in the mail. * Insure the package for the cost of the item.

REPAIR POLICY
We want the quality of our products to stand up to all of life's adventures, But if your product needs repair within 30 days of receiving the item,we will repair it for you at no charge. Please contact service@holycome.com with your order number and an image of the piece needing service.

Please note, for all jewelry past 30 days of receipt, additional fees for repair will apply (including but not limited to shipping fees, additional costs pertaining to your repair such as a missing diamond or a remake of a necklace). All additional fees will be discussed with you prior to your repairs completion.

PLEASE NOTE: all repairs take approx. 10-20 days depending on the volume of orders and the level of repair required on your Holycome jewelry.

Customer is responsible for shipping the repair to us.
